The rehabilitation project of the port of Bondy is part of the urban renewal policy of the city of Bondy and of the development of waterway transport project, led by the city of Paris. The mission assigned to Louis Berger comprised the following tasks: - Organization and management by providing a project organization chart and defining a project strategy - Assistance for tender - Program management and coordination of stakeholders
