Program management for the rehabilitation of the median and buildings for the Austerlitz port

The whole project includes several operations: reorganization of 3,5 hectares of banks, construction of a pier, a rehabilitation of 3 office buildings (10 000 m ²), reorganization of a back way under buildings. The AMO mission gathers three types of interventions: organization and scheduling, coordination of the actors, public procurement strategy.
