Program management support for urban development of the quarter Pôle Gare – Vieille Ile

The project of urban development in the city of Haguenau consists, on one hand, to strengthen the multimodal exchange pole(TER/road station)  and its functionality and, on the other hand, to articulate it to the development and densification of the Vieille Ile sector. Louis Berger was assigned to manage the project and the urban and transportation programming studies. It also has to coordinate the studies realized by the partners. This mission has 3 stages: a preliminary stage, especially to define the frames for the study and the partnership; a pre-operational stage to elaborate the project; an operational stage to develop the Pôle Gare.
