Program management support for the preliminary studies of the urban project of the multimodal pole Matabiau-Raynal-Periole and its associate centrality

In order to prepare the future connection between Toulouse-Matabiau railway station and the high-speed network rail, several studies, from 2009 to 2013 , have been launched to define the content of a urban project approach with intermodality, development of railway, territory accessibility and urban programming. Louis Berger has to help the urban community Grand Toulouse to formalize, implement and follow the urban project management of the preliminary studies (development of a technical and financial monitoring, coordination of the study process, preparation of the partnership decision system).
