Louis Berger France has won the project management support for the overall coordination of the development project of Clichy-Batignolles area

Louis Berger France is charged with assisting Paris Batignolles Aménagement in the coordination of the development project of Clichy-Batignolles area (PN565).

This project, which requires conversion of vacant industrial land, was design to allow better urban integration of significant land area occupied by railways. It stretches over 50 hectares and it is planned to build 3,400 housing units (with at least 50% as social housings), 30,000 m² of commercial buildings and 140,000 m2 of office space. This project should accommodate 8,000 inhabitants.

This mission is linked to two other projects won by Louis Berger France in Clichy-Batignolles area, the project management for the extension of the tramway line T3 from Porte de La Chapelle to Porte d'Asnières (PN560) and the project management for the design competition of two crossings over the railway lines of Saint-Lazare station (PN561).
